After living in the UK for more than a decade, my sister and I have decided to import the high quality French nougat from Provence that we have enjoyed since we were children, enabling the Londoner’s to enjoy one of the best nougat in France!
The brand we are distributing “Ernest Boyer” is a French family company that started making nougats 127 years ago in Sault en Provence. The recipe for the nougat remains the one from the great great grandfather of the producer. The raw materials are all natural products, such as almonds from Provence and lavender honey, sourced locally. They have since expanded to other confectionery like calissons and croquants, these we also sell.
We are currently distributing these products in a luxury deli in Notting Hill and in a chocolate shop in West Hampstead. We also sell to private companies who serve nougats and biscuits to their clients. We are currently in discussions with other high quality delis in other parts of London.
